Has anyone ever seen these type of eyes on a chicken or is this just some kind of mutation?

She can see somewhat fine but her vision hasn’t affect her too much, she also raised chicks without any problems

Have you noticed her eyes always looking like that or has it been a recent change? There are many pictures online of chickens with possible ocular Mareks. The eye color can become more faded and gray colored gradually, and the pupil may become small and irregular. The eyes of your chicken do not look textbook, but still could be. Here is an article about Mareks disease to read:

i don’t think it’s that because she’s perfectly healthy and she can still see correctly

Unfortunately, yes. You're going to have to make sure you have closed flock, no birds get given away or sold. If one dies, you burn it or bury it deep.
but she’s been with the flock for 3 years and none of them have caught it, all they’re eyes look normal except hers i feel like it’s a genetic mutation, i might be in denial because i’m scared but i’m not sure
