I love his colors too

I love his colors as well! So far (he's about 8 months old) he has been super friendly. He is one of my favorite roosters! He loves attention and he is very affectionate.

I ended up with 4 out of my 5 Bluebells being roosters (and I bought them sexed ). 1st picture is the roo and hen I kept and then the 3 other boys before they found new ones. Definitely a variety of colors but 3 were light 1 dark

Hi! My sister got a rooster accidentally in her order this year. She ordered Prairie Bluebell Eggers and Green Starlight Eggers from Hoover's Hatchery and one of them turned out to be a Roo. She thinks he is a Prairie Bluebell because all 5 of her Starlights came but she only had 4 Prairie Bluebells and then him. I can't find ANY pictures of Prairie Bluebell Roos to confirm that is what he is. He is now about 28 weeks old. I would love to breed him with some of my brown egg layers to get green eggs, but I just want to be sure he is what he is. If anyone has any pictures of Prairie Bluebell Egger Roos please share! H. This was supposed to be a Prairie Bluebell hen but he's definitely a roo. We'll rehome him since we're not going to breed him, although he's sooo cute it'll be hard to let him go! We only buy chicks to sell the eggs.

This was supposed to be a hen but turned out to be a Roo. We'll probably rehome him as we just buy pullets to sell eggs. He is beautiful though!
