Sprightly is struggling to lay an egg
I just saw her laying by the door, not a normal spot, puffed up and pumping her tail hard

Just gave her as much calcium as I can, she won't take anymore. She's struggling
Not sure if she'll pass it in a minute or if we'll need further advice

She hasn't been laying properly, and last night the shell was very brittle so I'm concerned

It's almost dark out so I'm going to have to bring her inside now and yes I will be trying a bath

I just hate moving her inside while she's in so much pain, I don't want to stress her out

Glad she's passed the egg. It might be genetic, and not something you're doing wrong
