Whit spots on skinny chicken?

Hello ! My black silkie , cat, or cat cat, has gotten skinner than her normal plump, fluffy self and I saw that she has white dots on her wings with not as many feathers, and with dandruff, white dirt looking specks around the area. Any help is appreciated!

She's been eating less, clearly, because she seems way skinner than normal.

Try giving her some meat, fish, or eggs, everyday. They're high protein and should help her gain weight.
A higher protein feed would be good too.

Also, I would start weighing her everyday to keep track if she's losing or gaining more weight.

Sounds as if she may be molting and the white specks might be sheaths from the blood/pin feathers.
