Hello feather family, if you're anything like me chicks have probably overrun your life tight corners where you need to get rid of some accidental roosters and hatchery problems. Well here is my ultimate guide to chicks.
1) even though they look adorable don't underestimate the mess: if you have ever had chicks you will know of the fluffy the lights that they are when they first get well fluffy but you will also know of the trauma when they finally start pooping like machines and believe it or not their events work like well oiled machinery. This is one thing that any sane person who has ever had chicks should probably warn you about but most of the breeders decide to leave out of the question. They can make picture this a beautiful clean perfect brewer that you have just set up and spend a whole hour doing it you place your one chick in the beautiful brooder and within 5 minutes it it's covered and poop and you have to do a full clean. ⚠️ Warning contains accurate description of entire life with chicks- may cause extreme sadness and grief and also if you work at a hatchery it may cause extreme guilt-⚠️ now I love chicks I truly do love chicks but they are little monsters They can destroy anything with their poop in about 2 minutes in my life with chicks my furniture has been pooped on over 3,000 times and I've had to do full cleans of my entire house just because of Chick poop at least 50,000 times!!!
2) they like to act like they run the coop when they are inside but when it's time to be introduced they always hide behind Mommy: sometimes I look at my chicks and go you cowards get out into the real world you silly chicks!!! They literally act like they run the whole place as long as they are just with you them and their comrades in battle AKA their other friends or other chicks around whatever you want to call it. But as soon as they get flopped into an unfamiliar place with a few other unfamiliar chickens they all hide behind whoever's closest and safest to hide behind witch end up being me. So be prepared to have stubborn and proud chicks while They are with you but when they are outside prepare to see the coward in your chick.
3) having on accident and getting rid of them: now this is currently what is happening to me. Here's the problem with finding an owner for these accidental chicks after they've hatched. Like with me and many other chicken owners as soon as a chick hatches you're going to want to give it a name to give it a name you're going to determine it's personality and as soon as you determine its personality it becomes yours.ao a little bit of advice find homes then hatch the chicks
4) accidental roos: the problem with accidental ruse is that most of the time when you get them by accidents you fall in love with them by the time you realize there are rooster. So you most of the time either break your heart by trying to sell them and end up finding them at home or break your heart by even thinking about trying to sell them and end up keeping them or you break your heart by doing nothing. So in other words accidental rules are just the best way to break your heart. And also the best way to get accidental hatching eggs 🤔

(Excuse me for a moment while I rethink my entire life)

5) hatchery problems: now the problem with problems at hatcheries is that hatcheries have to decide for themselves whether they want to help you or not which really when you get a bad hatchery is not at all of any help. But I still love my hatcheries. Even though hatcheries are an amazing place to get your chicks from they're also pretty unreliable when it comes to solving your problems because really at the end of the day it all comes down to the manager the runner of the business whoever that is and the policy of the business and it's also up to the employee to even tell anybody. So no can't really help you there.
