This is an EASY and DELICIOUS savery chicken and veggie receipe. Delicious enough for having friends over for a semi casual or casual supper, and it scents the house deliciously. Cook it on 300 for 1 hour and 15+ minutes to have ready right after church, if its close, instead of 400 for 30-40 minutes. (cook chicken to internal temp of 165 f) The glaze just melts into the chicken and veggies. This is the only way my kids will eat sweet potatoes. I highly recomend this receipe, for when you've got things to do, but you want to serve a hot fresh dinner to your family. Its great with biscuits or fresh bread, if you have it.

Ingredients:1 chicken cut up, 1 lb of sweet potaotes washed and cut into 1 1/2" cubes, 1/2 lb. Carrots scrapped and cut into 2" lengths, 1 pkg onion soup mix, 3/4c. veggie oil ALSO one baking sheet with edges, well oiled

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 400* F. Cut up chicken, sweet potatoes, and carrots (after washing them). Add oil to a large bag that doesn't leak, or a large bowl, and mix in the onion soup mix. Now, put in chicken, carrots, and sweet potatos, covering all well with the oil and onion soup mixture. Now, spread out evenly on the pan, and bake for 30-40 minutes, until chicken is well cooked and the veggies are tender.
