Ingredients:


12 Hard boiled, peeled, duck eggs
3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise
1-1/2 tsp. yellow mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. paprika

Cooking Instructions


Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. In a separate bowl, use a fork or pastry cutter to break up cooked yolks until they are finely crumbled. Add mayonnaise 1/4 cup at a time until consistency is similar to soft mashed potatoes. Mix in all remaining ingredients. Cut a 1/4 inch piece off the corner of a plastic sandwich bag and spoon mixture into bag. Arrange egg halves on a platter and fill by squeezing yolk mixture out through cut corner of sandwich bag. Sprinkle each deviled egg with small amount of paprika.
