Ingredients:


4 c. flour
1-1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 - 8 oz.carton of sour cream
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. flavoring extract - lemon, vanilla,anise, almond, etc.
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 sticks butter, melted then cooled
confectioner's (powdered) sugar

Cooking Instructions


Preheat oven to 400°. Mix first 4 dry ingredients together. Mix second 4 wet ingredients together and add to flour mix. Combine well, and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Scoop and roll into walnut size balls, roll in confectioner's sugar and bake for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom.
