Looks good. Do you eat the gizzards?When I was younger my mom and I were really poor(Single mother on wellfare putting herself through college) and she would make Fricot with chicken hearts and gizzards. I still love it to this day.
No I didn't eat the gizzards. You are welcome to them next time we process. Never kept any organs at all, though I wanted the livers to feed to the chicks. It's very good for them.
