Yeah, I’m guessing the place I bought her from (tsc) messed up on labeling the breed since they labeled her as a barred rock. Also, along with the hen in the photo, I bought two “Easter egger” chicks that turned out to be cream legbars.

I’m suspicious she might be a cuckoo maran because of the blackish feet.

That is a cream leg-bar. It is a roo.

He has the same personality as the other hens but I don’t know if that means anything in terms of chicken gender.

I guess I'll wait and see, I bought them at tsc all as sexed hens so hopefully they turn out that way.

These are my 5 week old chickens, both Sam and Frodo(pic 1 and 2) are Easter Eggers and Smeagol(pic 3) is a Barred Rock. I've been concerned with gender because my town doesn't allow adult roosters and I don't want to give my chickens away. Any help with identifying gender for all of them will...
