I never wash them (unless pooed on) and I tell my customers that. I tell them they should wash their hands after handling the eggs instead. Thats what I do and they are fine with that. Freshness means more to me and my customers.

I found a way to get super FRESH eggs to peel. I mean even eggs laid the same day! BOIL THE WATER FIRST THEN ADD YOUR EGGS. I add a little salt too. Don't drop them in, lower them gently with a spoon. Boil for 6 minutes then remove from heat, let set 5 more minutes. THEN this is...

I wish I had that problem.........I'm getting 16 to 20 eggs a day and I have 10 dozen in the fridge right now............I had to GIVE some away (and I only charge $1.50 a dozen) also I feed the chickens atleast 4 dozen a week. I need to find some more regular customers.
