@The Moonshiner Would you happen to have any information on the Cuckoos compared to other varieties you’d be willing to share? I’m a fan of a barred bird like no other and my wife is a leghorn lover, hadn’t thought much of them until I saw yours.

I impulse purchased a few new birds lately. 1:4 Mottled Ameruacana birds and a pair of Isabel Am. hens. Would I correctly assume that the dilute gene would be carried only in the F1 and express itself when a carrier F1 cockerel is bred to a carrier pullet, I can see expect to find lavender...

I’ll get them in the morning. They aren’t as fun as my birds and I openly play favorites to my barred rocks. Lol.

I’ve got a field bred cocker and a German shorthair that are both well broken gundogs. That being said, most people can’t go wrong with a lab, they’re just over grown cockers. 😂
