Don't deal with this brand. When I purchased it, it came with a year warranty, which by registering online was supposed to increase to 2 yrs. It worked great until about 8 months after purchase. When I called where I got it from they told me that in the United States it only had a 6 month warranty, so I am looking at the ad for it stating it comes with a year warranty and still being told no, they won't honor it. So I tried to buy parts to fix it and was told that I could only get certain parts if it was still under warranty. I have contacted every place in the U.S. that I have found that sells these incubators and gotten the same story. In the United States rcom is NOT a reputable company.

I bought my first pair of young muscovies last spring as babies. I had always thought they were ugly but wanted to try them. The only other ducks I have right now are runners and compared with them my muscovies are the best. They get along with but don't really mingle with my other fowl. They may think they are cats, they eat with the cats and spend a lot of time on the porch with them. I can't get over how friendly they are. The female wags her tail and greets me every time I leave the house, her "man" keeps a good eye on her and although very protective of her is also friendly. I don't need any more animals and have more eggs than I can use so am not really concerned about her nesting abilities, but for a friendly bird to have around these are my first choice.

I loved this hose until we got down to 4ºF and it froze. I left it plugged in and the next day it was 18ºF and still frozen, so I guess it only works into the 20's. Better than nothing, but it up to you whether the added 15º is worth the money. This hose is of course very stiff and hard to get uncoiled (i'm still working on that). This hose has a 2 yr guarantee as opposed to the brands 1 yr.
