Pros: - automatic turning and cooling

- reliable (90% + hatch rate for me!)
(- I always found its whirring sound strangely comforting)
Cons: - only can set 7 eggs
- no humidity gauge (I used a separate gauge)
After 2 failed attempts with a trashy $20 dollar incubator, my family and I purchased the Mini II Advanced. Nearly all the eggs set hatched! I've had 100% hatching rates for a good portion of all the batches I've set.
Overall, I'm super pleased with this incubator and its hatching rate.

Pros: Automatic turning, holds temperature well, easy to watch eggs hatching
Cons: No built in hygrometer for humidity and challenging to find one small enough to fit in there, chicks can get heads crushed between fan and reservoir if you're not careful
Overall I was very impressed with this incubator during my first hatch. 6/7 eggs were fertile and all 6 hatched between Day 21 and Day 22, even though I had accidentally set the cooling feature on before Day 7. The design is fairly good, but I almost had the last chick get its head between the reservoir and fan as I was removing a fluffy one that had been in there for a while. Thankfully I noticed its quick movement into this dangerous area before bringing the lid down the rest of the way. Overall excellent and easy to use.

Pros: Power interruption does not loose settings, quiet, lo/high adjustable alarm. room temp alarm. temp control, rotates automatically,
Cons: mini 2 does not have a humidity digital control, only the EX version does.
After 6 years of using a large still air Styrofoam incubator, this feel like luxury. I used to have to rotate eggs manually, 3 times a day at a minimum, control the humidity by opening the hatch and pouring in the water in, and temperature was hotter in some places compared to others.
This is a dream. eggs develop equally, I can set rotation for 30 minutes or an hour or more! you can also pick how many seconds it rotates for, I currently have it sent for 7 seconds.
I like this unit, it is only 7 full sized chicken eggs and its a dream.
