Just guessing on what kind of bantams I picked up. Two where polish but the other two I'm unsure about.
The ones in question are the little black and white ones in the photos. They have single combs and the legs do look shorter than the two bantam polish.
She was fine 4 days ago.
3 days ago she was sleeping more and fluffed up some but not alot. Was sun bathing with every one. I would reach out to touch her and she would take off like normal.

So reading around it seams the silver sebrights are genetically worse off than the golds? If this is so, what would be a good way to strengthen them?
All three that hatched for me have a weird toe issue. Same toe is crooked on all three of them. Not sure it was in incubation issue or not tho...
Not sure but this came out of a batch of ebay Phoenix eggs. She did say there was a chance of getting a project Phoenix egg.
It has a small crest, I think it's wheaten and it's big compared to the Phoenix I got out of the eggs.

I'm starting this project with test breeding to two to five silver duckwing Phoenix hens. I'll get photos of the hens this evening.

Not sure on this color. I've made an assumption but have been told otherwise so looking for other options. Only thing I'm sure of is he's blue and silver or silver/gold.
He's only been losing feathers in his saddle, a few of his sickle and the upper neck hackles. The hens that started a pretty hard molt at the same time nearly have all their feathers back.

I have a cochin pullet with a split beak. It's not bothering her I think. But the split is right up the middle of it. Is there anything that can be done about it?
