    I just wanted to let you folks know that Ethel seems to be back to normal. Today she was hanging out with the rest of the flock, excited to eat, etc. I'm still keeping an eye on her, but she seems to be fine.

    @Eggcessive I started with egg shells, but I ran out, which is why I got the oyster shell. I've been collecting the egg shells and I'm at a point where I have enough to crush them and feed them to the chickens. Thanks for the advice. I'll take a look at those links.

    @micstrachan I feed them Scratch and Peck organic layer, with some oyster egg shells mixed in for extra calcium. She started laying toward the end of December, and I've not seen any issues with any of my flock before today. I'm keeping an eye on her, I'll see how things work out tomorrow...

    Thankfully she doesn't seem to be in any pain. When I cleaned her vent, she wasn't fussed at all. Thanks @casportpony I'll give that a try.
