Mine are doing great. I honestly don't even remember how many hatched..... I would need to go back and look at my paper. ok had 13 hatch. Sold 7 as straight run. I need to check in to see what sexes 5 ended up. 2 we were trying to figure out but possibly both boys.

I moved the babies into the coop brooder today. They had outgrown the house one and was going to move them the other day but got nervous since temps were going to be really cold at night. I know they would be fine but I was nervous.
Anything 50% and higher is great for shipped eggs. With any eggs having some not fertile is normal.
Sounds like you are having a great hatch so far. Yes they will flop all over, fall asleep standing up, knock the other eggs all over etc. All normal.
Not sure on shrink wrapped..... But if you have coconut oil moisten the membrane with that and it will help you to see if there are any veins. If not peel some of the membrane back so you can see what is going on inside.
