Ok. So...................I have been checking on my incubator more frequently now, and still..............the egg remains in the same place. Every time I look in! But the red light over the auto-turning icon is on......................help!
If the red light is on over the egg turning icon does it mean the auto turner is on? I have never noticed it turning, the egg I have in there is always in the same place and the embryo appears to be stuck to the eggshell???
Good way to describe it @Willow2253 . I also have incubators in my bed room and it doesn't bother me at all. That way I can get up in the middle of the night when hatchlings are expected.
I LOVE incubator smell...............I know, I'm weird :p It's really familiar to me and I enjoy it  Sometimes I'll be walking around outside and be like "It smells like incubator right now!". I don't notice that the smell changes during incubation vs during hatching. It kind of smells...
I found an intact sparrow egg this morning and put it in my nurture right. However when it turns the sparrow egg makes 3 full rotations which is not ideal. Any way to decrease turning angle? This is my test run for the new incubator.
I will say I was unhappy with my Deer Run Farms order. Super expensive, I ordered a dozen and although they sent extras I only got 3 out of 16 eggs to hatch. Packaged well, but few even started developing
I just got one from Craigslist :weeAny pros, cons, or tips you'd like to share? A little worried about chicks getting injured, I've seen horrible reviews about that
