Flush the eye daily too. You may have to try a wetted qtip to see if you can remove the debris/pus that's in the eye.

It does look irritated. Have you ever had respiratory illness within your flock? General care is to flush the eye with saline, remove any debris or pus, then apply an eye ointment like Terramycin in the eye. Do this daily and see if the eye improves.
