Does her eye look normal? I feel like it's irritated and swollen possibly? What do I do to help her?

It does look irritated. Have you ever had respiratory illness within your flock?

General care is to flush the eye with saline, remove any debris or pus, then apply an eye ointment like Terramycin in the eye. Do this daily and see if the eye improves.

So I flushed her eye Monday and have been applying terramycin 3 times a day since then. It's not red anymore and she's much more active and acting normal but the little film or whatever by the corner of her eye is still there. How long do you think i should continue the terramycin?

Flush the eye daily too. You may have to try a wetted qtip to see if you can remove the debris/pus that's in the eye.

I don't think it's pus I think it's like the "film" of her eye. Kind of like cats?
Oh...:(
If you watch her blink, there's no third eyelid (Nictitating Membrane)?

Is the third eyelid visible on the right eye (good eye)?

Sometimes pus or debris can get stuck in the eye, I'd still clean with saline and apply the ointment if she still shows a bit of a sunken eye, redness or if the eye seems to bother her.

If possible, seeking the advice and examination from an Avian Vet would be a good idea.
