hi, I need help with one of my chicks which water came out of her mouth, Is she sick? what is wrong with her this is the 3rd time she does it.

Donk is a Brahma (yellow) and Schmunt is a hybrid (brown). They are 3 weeks old today. Donk is calm and quiet and doesn't tend to stand like that often, they were looking for Schmunt. Schmunt is a very confident, fearless chick (I'm almost 100% he is a boy). Thoughts? I feel like the answer is...
