Hello BYC Friends!
I am Shannon with Pato Point Farm LLC. :frow I recently ordered Serama chicken hatching eggs from EBay. I know this is always a gamble with odds against successful hatchings, but living in a rural area, it's not easy finding what you want.
SO! Today is Day 22. On day 20...
Hello everyone. I've been a fan of this site for a long time, but just now decided to join to see everything that it has to offer. My family and I are what I call eclectic chicken enthusiasts. We love all our feather babies as pets, adore the unusual and rare ones the most, and can sit and...
I was for a while convinced that I had a male and a female, now I'm not so sure , my last hatch I only got one serama and he was visibly male very early on, there are about 6-7 weeks old I think. They hatched in maybe early october.
I'm mostly sharing these photos to show how beautiful they are...
Hello!
I’ve recently been wanting a Serama rooster, and found a lady who is giving away two of hers. They are still under heat.
My question is, she stated that the one was an “extreme Malaysian Serama / Standard Serama” mix. And the other is just a Standard American Serama. What does that...

Hi everyone! I’m looking for serama hatching eggs (preferably a mix of smooth, silkied, and frizzled) located in California or in a state close by. Please message me ASAP if you have some or know someone who does and can ship right away :thumbsup Thanks!
My name is Mandi, and I’ve just started my flock with a pair of seramas. They are supposedly Malaysian seramas tho they would definitely be of the lowest class. But I love them dearly! Harry Houdini (for obvious reasons) and Peach hatched 4 of 5 eggs 2 weeks ago. What a blessing, seeing them...

Hi,
I am planning to buy some seramas. Can I keep all the roosters and hens together in 1 coop?
I am planning to breed them also.
Would it be better to keep all my hens together and all my males together? & then when I am ready to breed I would put the rooster I want into the hens coop?
