Well, we can go anytime but it's not really worth it. There are a few nice places though.
We're sort of an island (not a very nice one). waters always cold.

Ok. Cold as in, too cold to swim without suffering from severe hypothermia and every other 1970's disease.
I have no idea what goes on in polar bear country but for us wimpy kids it's pretty cold most of the year in the sea.
