Looking at all of that snow makes me feel cold. I haven't seen snow here in over 20 years. We used to get half an inch or so every 10 years.

He was accused of having a chilly temperament, but I think he was just trying to preserve what he had.

Touchè I’m sure many under-appreciate that valiant effort these days. The ability to stoically do one job & not expect much in return. They do have a knack for helping others to chill out & even help with our schedules- showing us how to preserve projects once on the front burner for months without worry.
All with a modest skill set & a meditative “hum” you can usually hear at night once everyone else has gone to sleep.

Rained almost all day yesterday and then turned to sleet in the evening. Woke up to a couple inches of snow and still falling hard.
