I got some free fence panels a while back. We used four of them to make the chicken yard (between the greenhouse and the side fence) and will probably use the rest to fence off the area between my house and the one next door neighbour. I don't have enough to fence between my greenhouse and the house, but I did get a bunch of stakes and a bunch of barbed wire. I'm thinking of using that. The problem is that I'll need some kind of gate if I don't want the only access to the back yard to be through the house.

Barbed wire won't keep anything out. It can be used to keep cattle and horses in.

They sell the parts to make chain link gates to your size needed or this kit can make it relatively easy to make a wood frame gate.
