The entire flock now has mycoplasma AND dry fowl pox AND coccidiosis.

Are these new illnesses? Were the poults hatched on your property or did you bring them in from somewhere else? Did the rest of your flock show symptoms before the poults?

If it were me, I would cull everything. After, and only after, the entire place is cleaned and disinfected, maybe consider new birds. You cannot bring in any new birds or let any current birds leave your property.
