speckeldhen- I am curious, do you give your baby chicks medicated starter? As I understood it, it was good practice to feed the medicated to unvaccinated chicks and a big no-no to give medicated to vaccinated (cocci) chicks.
On that note, I also wonder how long to feed the medicated? Just continue with it until the chicks start laying?
