3 month old ducks laying pellets?

My 2 ducks are 3 months old I have now used up all my growing duckling feed. I bought a bag of pellets now but they are laying pellets. Will it hurt them to eat it for the next 2 months until they start laying?

Well, they are right on the edge. Storey's Guide suggests starting them on extra calcium a month before they start laying….

Thinking out loud, here. Would mixing in soaked wheat berries - maybe 1 to 2 wheat to feed - and putting poultry vitamins in their water once a week cover them pretty well? That would drop the calcium a bit. So would adding some rolled oats.
