6 Year Old Hen Is Sick and Just lost One to Same Symptoms a Few Weeks ago! Help!

Help! My 6 year old hen is sick and not sure what to do: She's listless, has a very poopy butt, has lost a lot of weight, and was cocking her neck oddly when I went to check on her today.

When I picked her up, she "threw up" a bunch of water. I just gave her a dose of safe guard and put them all on a cocci regime with Corid in the water - but other thoughts??

Have you added any new birds to your flock recently? It sounds like she could have wry neck, and thay can be a symptom of many diseases that cause brain inflammation. Is the neck twisted or up or down? How does the crop feel,and does it empty by morning? Has she been eating or drinking? Is a vet possible to check her for worms or coccidiosis? Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease?
