Adult ducks attack duckling

today i buy a little rouen duck, i don't know the gender, but when i try to the others ducks meet he/she the atack he! What is happening? Includes the females atack!

Its to little and they are not familar with it, they don't like it yet. I put new ducklings in a wire kennel and put that in the coop with the other poultry so they get used to them.
