Advice for hatching chicken and call ducks together

Hi, this is my first time incubating so it’s a little nerve racking. I started my hatch on the 21st of March but didn’t think to start my call ducks earlier than the chickens. Will it affect the hatching outcome? I came home from work and 4 of the chicks had started to hatch/peep. Is it okay to leave the egg turner in but unplugged since my calls still have a few days?

Yes it just hit day 20. It’s currently sitting around 52-53%. I had to do a dry hatch because the humidity wouldn’t go below 50%.
