I think there are three ways.
First is you make a thread in the forum about site issues.
Second is you tag a moderator here. I nearly did that for you but thought maybe you wouldn’t want that.
Third is you send a private message to a moderator.

Here is an example of someone using the first approach. You can see the name of the forum to use: Announcement etc.

I used this approach once when I couldn’t post pictures and got a quick reply.

To tag a moderator you just put @ in front of their user names. I am sure there is a list of them somewhere but I don’t know where.
My go to ones are casportpony and TwoCrows. Also N F C.
If you use the @ first it will complete the user name for you as you type.
And of course you can private message those same people.

Should be there. When you type a post at the top of the post on the left is a little smiley face and clicking on that brings up emojis.
