In a couple months you can order live from cajun grocer, plan on 3lbs per person (maybe a little more) I like to boil corn on the cob, new potatoes, whole garlic cloves, mushrooms and a few onions to prep the water. And you'll want to make a crusty bread to squeeze the garlic on. :drool I like no Knead for that...

ETA: I almost forgot that I also add a pound of andouille sausage cut in big chunks for every 10 lbs of mud bugs. I let them swim in a kiddy pool with about a cup of salt until they go into the pot. I discard any that didn't make the trip.
