I think she wound down over a period of about a week. Heart failure? That's what it looks like, but everything I've read about heart failure in chickens suggests they look and act normal an then just drop dead. That's not exactly what she did though...

Yeah I’m not so good with things like this but could be? My polish kind of did something like that too.
