Any guesses on this little thing ?

someone sold this thing to my little grandson. said it was a naked neck. LOL we were at a swap and he was wandering around on his own.
Fact is, it was eat up with mites. It has a flat flesh colored comb , No tail feathers to match its neck. Brown legs.
It is very fun to watch , It plays a lot and for something so small it is very self-sufficient. It will take food from the rooster and run with it., tackles large leaves and is able to eat from them. It will take off running, stop, change directions and run some more. It is enjoying life . LOL
Even a pullet/ rooster would help if you cant tell breed .Thank you for your time.

edit to add my grandson was wandering around , not the chick. LOL It was being crushed in a cage with full grown bantams .

I don't think it is a naked neck, sounds more like lost feathers to mites. I'm not sure of gender either. Could you please put up new photos in a month. I would expect it will look much better under your care Granny.
