Any ideas on what this is?!

Hi, can anyone shed some light on what this is on my little ones face please? I’ve inspected it and it doesn’t seem to be infected. She wasn’t upset by me touching it and is acting absolutely normal. I wondered if it was just her beak through her hair because it looks to be pink or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Definitely feels like feathers. Just wasn’t sure why they looked like they were strained a pinkish colour?

I have a white dog that chews on her butt cheeks and due to her doing that she has stained her fur a pinkish color. It could be just a stain from being wet.

Yeah that makes sense. It always seems to look worse when she’s just had a drink or got out of the pond. Thank you for your response
