i have not tried fondant yet but would love to give it a try.
i have a recipe for it but haven't got the chance to use it yet.
check with local schools around u for cake classes. we have a local jeff tech school here which is a trade school and they teach wilton classes there. if i remember right it is 4 classes and like $25 a class plus u have to supply ur own materials. if u look at a wilton yearbook or the wilton website u should be able to find a phone # where to call to find local classes in your area. also if u ask at cake supply stores usually they can tell who in the area does them also.
