Are chicks feet supposed to look like this ?

Some other breeds also have 5 toes. Silkies are supposed to have dark skin, so it is probably some other breed.


It does not have clean legs. Lightly feathered, but not clean.

Looks like your bird is a Faverolle, a French breed, accepted into the APA/ABA standards. There are only FIVE breeds with FIVE toes on each foot, in the APA Standard of Perfection. Look it up...
Could also be a Sultan, but I doubt it, as they are quite rare.

Yes Dorkings have 5 toes, but they are not supposed to have feathers on the feet.

Those look about right for Salmon Faverolle feet.

This is probably the right breed.

I’ve gotten chicks a few different times from there, I got some almost a month ago but I didn’t realize until a couple weeks ago that I was going to be building a bigger coop so I got a lot more then I just went back and they have a few breeds that I just had to get, so yeah lol that’s why some are different ages
