At a loss, coccidiosis?

I have done the severe treatment of Corid to my flock for 5 days. On day 6 (fresh water) one of them is acting off again.

I am reading conflicting information. One thing said wait two weeks and then retreat. The other said, do a tiny dose for the next two weeks every day.

I priced out a fecal locally and can’t afford the $150 price tag since you have to be an established patient.

This chicken is not pooping blood but overall puffed up. I have checked for lice and mites as well. No respiratory issues either.

Any ideas where I should go from here?

I would continue with the Corid for a bit longer. That's just me.
