Has anyone ever covered these hens with this roo, and if so, how do I distinguish the chicks?

The Australorp chicks should be obvious, but the Buffs will be blacked out, and I'm assuming, with its mostly black down, the PBR chicks will be solid black too. That leaves the RIRs,.............solid black also????

They will mostly look alike, with solid black chicks.

From the Barred Rock, sons will have white barring and a light spot on top of their heads when they hatch. Daughters will not. So you will be able to spot those males when they hatch.

As the chicks grow feathers, the ones with a Buff Orpington mother will probably show large amounts of silver leakage or possibly buff/gold/red leakage. Buffs have so many genes that restrict black, that the chicks may not really look "black" at all when they have their feathers.

The ones with a Rhode Island Red mother will probably have quite a bit of leakage too, but not as extensive as the ones from a Buff Orpington.

The pure Australorps, and the black daughters of the Barred Rock, will probably be enough alike that you never can tell them apart.

Here are some posts with pictures of mixed chicks: Buff Orpington x Lavender Orpington. Your chicks from Buff Orpington x Black Australorp will probably have similar amounts of black, but are likely to have silver (white) rather than the gold/red areas. This is what I mean by "large amounts" of leakage as they grow:
