Baby chick with eye issue

I have a two week old welbar chick with an eye issue. She might be getting pecked at but tonight when I picked her up I noticed she had a little wood chip in her eye I got it out. I’m sure that didn’t help her eye issue. I’m not sure if it is an infection or it’s irritated. I will attach a picture of it please let me know what you think it is and how to get her better.

The image where it looks worse is from today the other image was a couple of days ago. She is able to open the eye but seems to try and keep it shut.

Are you noticing a discharge from the eye?

I'd gently flush the eye with saline, try to remove any debris, pus, etc. from the eye, then apply a dot of eye ointment like Terramycin in the eye. If you can't get Terramycin, then you can use Original Neosporin.

Not really discharge sometimes she can’t open it I’m thinking they are pecking at her. I will try flushing her eye thank you.
