Mom hatched 10 ducks and keeps picking on this one, why?? She isnt the smallest either.

She hatched 10 and all 10 are different colors. The parents are half ancona and half blue swedish mixes so some look like the mix, all white, light and dark gray, black, brown, ancona coloring. None are the exact same

Humm. Very strange.
It is sad but true sometimes they can sense something off about it and will try to eliminate the weak link. It's up to to decide if you want to remove it for observation, but once you do that she may not take it back at all.

I tried to put it with a silkie momma who gladly would raise it but she runs right back to her mom! I’ve never had a issue like this before
