bad poo

I know this sounds stupid but I am not satisified with my chickens poo

Someone or a couple of someones have a reddish brown runny poo. Not bloody but not what I would consider a regular poo either. They are barred rocks about 12 weeks old. I have been feeding medicated food. Any suggestions ?
