The red skin is indicative of mites. They can overcome your hens, I would treat sooner rather than later.

Bald backs are usually from rooster overbreeding pulling out the feathers. Bald chest is broodys.

To be honest, I found it on google... it looks very much to me like some ex-battery hens that I bought a few years ago who had been caged but that is pretty much the "full molt" I was thinking of which was why I originally asked how long it had been since they molted.
