Bi-color eyes

My one year old chicken i just noticed has 2 different colored eyes, one is the regular orangeish and the second eye is like light orange almost green? almost i never noticed until now but im not sure if its always been like this. Ill post pictures as soon as i can get a front view

I had a Barnevelder rooster with different colored eyes. Sadly he ended up passing.

If its real, and not caused by anything besides genetics, heterochromia is harmless

Cool. As long as it's only cosmetic. But an eye that is fading in color can be the start of an ocular tumor caused by Marek's disease.

Keep an eye on it. If the color continues to fade and become muddy, and especially if the pupil shrinks and becomes irregular in shape, it's then reasonable to suspect Marek's.

Thank you! The pictures do not to him justice at all and you can barely tell by the pictures but in person you could definitely tell.
