Bit of unabsorbed something hanging from newly hatched chick. Please advise

It is still in the incubator, chirping and floppin around. Just hatched less than an hour ago. Is that unabsorbed yolk? Will it continue to absorb? Should I do anything?

I'm pretty sure that's leftover embryo waste

Wait, and leave it in the incubator for a while longer.
It should have broken off, and it looks like maybe a little bit could still be absorbed. Most of it is just hatching debris.
