Black Sexlink, gender verification

Hello all, I'm new to chickens, but my wife isn't. Yesterday we picked up six Black Sexlink pullets from Tractor Supply. Their supplier appears to be Hoovers Hatchery. Five of the chicks are black without white spots. One has these white spots on the face, but otherwise looks just like the rest. My city doesn't allow roosters, so it's important I know now if it is one. Can anyone tell me its gender?

I would say it is but you should probably just wait a while. When your for sure about it then you can rehome or butcher it.

It should be a pullet, because there's no white spot on the top of her head.

Sexlink roosters will have a white spot ( much bigger than those little dots) on the top of the head. Can't miss it, that's definitely 100% not a black sexlink cockerel.
