Blood at pip hole

Do you guys think it needs help? No idea how long it's been like this but looks to be alive. Looks a little bloody is why i am asking. Thanks!

I would wait it can take 24hrs from pip to zipping out. Are all other eggs hatched?

All but two have hatched including this one.

Could be just outside the air cell and hit a vein
Often when they hit a vein they chew up the blood so they don’t bleed out
It can cause a bruise to the egg or a little blood spot
As long as it’s not actively bleeding it should be fine
If baby did hit outside the air cell it will take longer to hatch then normal
It will need that internal pip time added to this external pip

I ended up helping it out! It was definitely shrink wrapped. Now we have a happy little chicken!
