Blue Silkie with green tinted feathers on wings/tail

My blue Silkie roo has green tinted feathers on the wings/tail. He is a product of our white Silkie roo and blue Silkie hen. Is there another breed probably mixed in down the line on the mom's side? My others from this same group don't have this. Thanks!

Saying it has green tinted feathers, I'm guessing you mean they have a green sheen on the hard feathers? If so, your bird is most likely black, not blue. Being that you bred a white bird and blue bird together, you are going to get chicks that express what ever the white bird is covering, in this case sounds to be black.
