Boy or Girl... Breed?

Approx. 11 weeks old, don't know what breed either are...

to me it looks like a male New Hampshire Red maybe mixed with Rhode Island Red. Thats the only way I can explain the small amount of black and the rose comb. I know RIR can hahve either rose comb or single comb. But I am no chicken expert.

At 11 weeks that's 100% cockerel. Not sure on the breed though.
